Collingwood is pleased to confirm that it was the exclusive M&A adviser on the partnership announced today between The Payments Association and Nineteen Group.
The Payments Association has been a long-term Collingwood client. Having advised the business since 2021, Collingwood’s team of experts worked with The Payments Association on its value creation journey to accelerate growth, overseeing a period of significant change resulting in revenues more than trebling from 2021 to 2025.
In 2025, Collingwood initiated the process of finding a new partner for The Payments Association to propel the business forward, as well as to provide the leadership team with the necessary investment to support the next stage of growth.
This journey has now culminated in the partnership with Nineteen Group, supported by Phoenix Equity Partners, announced here.
