Our Principal Advisers work directly with founders, CEOs, and Boards of high-growth B2B media businesses. The Principal Adviser – Insights uses deep market research expertise to help clients understand their markets and customers — and turn those findings into action. If you're an experienced researcher ready to do meaningful work in a fast-moving advisory environment, we'd like to hear from you.

A pioneering role for someone who wants to be at the cutting edge of AI-enabled consulting. You'll join Collingwood's Advisory team as the engine room of client delivery — orchestrating AI agents and automated workflows to drive better, faster outcomes for ambitious media and information businesses.

The Client Director works at the heart of our most complex client programmes — owning the commercial and operational success of each engagement while our Strategic Advisers focus on client strategy and value creation. This is the role that many in the market would recognise as an Engagement Lead: the person who keeps complex, multi-workstream programmes on scope, on budget, and commercially sound.

The person in this role will play a central role in our high-growth boutique advisory firm. You will help build the core intellectual property, training, and strategic tools that power our consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, high-calibre professional with a sharp eye for design and impeccable writing skills to learn how businesses scale and sell.

The Principal Adviser – Sales brings deep commercial expertise to help clients build more predictable, scalable revenue — while also winning new business and shaping the firm's sales advisory product.
