The agility and creativity that fuelled your startup needs to mature into data-driven, collegiate decision-making, and professional reporting and governance. Very often part or most of the startup leadership team is replaced by new leaders, and culture can be hard to sustain in a more formal environment.

This roundtable features leaders who have successfully navigated growth, change and volatility in very large organisations, in a private equity-backed business, and in a startup on its way to a successful sale. They’ll share their hard-won knowledge and experiences, including a case study on the collaboration between Amicus and 1LoD, which enabled 1LoD’s accelerated scaleup and eventual sale to Infopro Digital in 2024.
