Johnny is an M&A professional whose experience spans corporate finance, financial due diligence, and equity fundraising for founder-owned businesses. He started his career at PwC, working across three jurisdictions on transactions in Business Services, Consumer, TMT, and Healthcare, giving him a rounded view of how deals come together across sectors and geographies. At Collingwood, Johnny works with the corporate finance team to support founders through their capital events, helping to drive value at each stage of the transaction process.
