Alex is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a background in audit and corporate finance at a global accounting and consulting firm, where he focused on sell-side M&A across a range of sectors and business models. At Collingwood, Alex works with the corporate finance team to support founders through capital events, including sales to strategic acquirers and private equity investment.
