About Adam Shaw
Adam heads up Collingwood’s Corporate Finance practice and brings nearly 30 years’ experience across M&A advisory and private equity, with a particular focus on B2B media, events, data and services businesses. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant at PwC, he spent a decade in investment banking before moving into private equity. His transaction experience includes the $600m take-private of House of Fraser and leading the Refresco buy-and-build. Adam has sold and acquired businesses ranging from $5m to $1.8bn, led private and public transactions, and raised capital for businesses from growth through to later stage.
